I'm getting ready to go on vacation in a couple of weeks-- and was wondering what you do to stay on track when not cooking in your own kitchen? I'm sure there will be quite a bit of eating out and I just don't want to sabotage what I've been working towards. Any food suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I eat a lot of salad, buy a lot of cold cuts, and bring protein bars with me. I eat 1 meal a day that I know is terrible for me, and seriously limit the deserts.
How many calories a day do you take in?
1750---I like the idea of one terrible meal a day lol! I am planning on doing quite a bit of walking while site seeing :)
The walking helps a lot. Just avoid the pitfall of eating desert every night.
