Vacation Survey

Your best vacation and why ~

Mine comes in 10 days.  Off to meet idol leonard nimoy in Jersey, than Vegas.  While in Jersey seeing childhood/ highschool friends Ive not seen in 30 years.  Entire vacation is 3 weeks long.

Each of these three reasons makes this candidate for best vacation evar but combined, makes it THE vacation to remember.  Coming home will be a tough pill to swallow :D

How long since your last vacation? .August 2008 Trek convention

Do you prefer warm or cool destinations?  COOL please!

Worst vacation and why? .Teen years - the toenail incident

Anywhere you want, what location would you choose for vacation? .San Francisco- been once, gorgeous and fun

On vacation, do you diet or splurge? .Diet

Currently would you prefer vacation as relax/chill or fun/excitement? .Fun and excitment, looking for a crazy time!

 

Oh, sounds like fun. :) I'm planning on going to Gencon (huge gaming convention) in a few weeks. Can't wait!

How long since your last vacation? Spring break, me and my friends went to a cabin for a week. :)

Do you prefer warm or cool destinations?  Somewhere right in the middle. :)

Best vacation and why? Probably Gencon last year. That was alot of fun. ^^

Worst vacation and why? When I went to visit my sis in Texas... it was a lot of fun... until I electricuted myself on the last day right before I had to go to the airport.

Anywhere you want, what location would you choose for vacation? Las Vegas. Not nesisarily because the casinos and stuff, but because my sister lives there.

On vacation, do you diet or splurge? Since I just started dieting a month ago, I guess splurge.

Currently would you prefer vacation as relax/chill or fun/excitement? I need to relax! I miss sleep. >.<

How long since your last vacation? 18 months (Portugal)

Do you prefer warm or cool destinations?  Warm

Best vacation and why? Paris 1990 - La Defense Jean Michelle Jarre concert - amazing!  Unbelievably 19 years ago to the day! How time flies.

Worst vacation and why? Camping on the Isle of White - it rained all week.

Anywhere you want, what location would you choose for vacation? Italy, not fussy where exactly

Currently would you prefer vacation as relax/chill or fun/excitement? Relax/chill - a get away from it all and wind down holiday

How long since your last vacation? Round the world travelling Nov 2007 - June 2008

Do you prefer warm or cool destinations?  Warm!

Best vacation and why? Round the world tour; no work for 7 months, just seeing the sights, experiencing new countries and cultures and spending loads of time with my husband; moving on when we feel like it.

Worst vacation and why? Any trip from childhood. It's no fun as a kid being dragged around from place to place by your parents.

Anywhere you want, what location would you choose for vacation? Galapagos Islands!

How long since your last vacation? Not quite sure what I would consider my last vacation - the last time I had time off was when I was recuperating from surgery... that was from April 20 until June 1... but during that entire time I was stressing out 100% because I was missing all of my final exams, etc... (which unfortunately I am dealing with at the moment)... So would I call that recoup period a vaca? Probably not - So before then it was probably the last week of March (although during that break it wasn't really a vacation either because well... I just went home and thought constantly about school work!) 

Do you prefer warm or cool destinations?  I like 63 degrees!!!

Best vacation and why?Hong Kong: it was my 18th birthday present and I went for 10 days! The most amazing experience ever (well so far) and on the of my birthday there were fireworks!!

Worst vacation and why?Oh I have had plenty for sure!!! I cannot even list them all - but it typically ends up with a fight between me & my father or really anyone in the fam!

Anywhere you want, what location would you choose for vacation? I've been DYING to go to Australia/New Zealand and even was suppose to last year some time, but NOOO my sister is "too busy" even though she PROMISED! 

On vacation, do you diet or splurge? I eat my typical diet - I never veer off track - and I make a point to get my 2 hours of exercise in daily!

Currently would you prefer vacation as relax/chill or fun/excitement? I was to CHILL and not think about a thing... fun and excitement can happen for 2 hours each day but other wise, just relaxing and catching up with those I love is what I want!

Best vacation and why? PA about 4 years ago. yes, surprisingly, my best vacation was not at the beach (even though they're very close seconds)...or even in a house with cable or air conditioning. it was just ridiculously fun.

Worst vacation and why? last summer. my friends were being b*tches & it ruined my week away

Anywhere you want, what location would you choose for vacation? England. I want to go so bad, even though it's definitely not "beachy." I plan on studying abroad there in college. Also Greece & California

On vacation, do you diet or splurge? I guess both. I wouldn't really say I diet, but I still remain conscious of what I'm eating & make healthy choices. With some indulgences here and there (but I exercise too)
