Unless you're really obese, you should probably not try to lose that much weight in so little time. My suggestion is half that much, and you will be at a great weight anyway =]
A 100 calorie pack really isn't enough calories (or nutrition) for breakfast. You want to start your day with protein and fibre - which could be as simple as a glass of milk and some whole grain cereal or oatmeal or fruit. Aim for at least 300 healthy calories of breakfast (which you can spread out over breakfast + midmorning snack if you're someone who doesn't much like food first thing).
I'll give it a go with you, but I will say I do agree with susiecue's post

for one, notice that
100 calorie packs... is spelt with an s... which means more than one. And people don't always eat the same thing everyday.
and two... its okay to lose 6 pounds within 2 weeks and a half. i checked
allibugg: I was just thinking you could probably have something less processed for the same amount of cals, but if they work for you then i guess that's the important thing.

today i found out i weighed 5 pounds more than i thought... :{
BREAKFAST - Strawberries and fruit
LUNCH - Grilled chicken salad with one tbsp of ranch.
DINNER - Roast beef, with carrots and a bit of potatoes.
DESERT: Bite of cake :}

Oh I doubt I'd ever be able to lose 6 pounds in that amount of time (I don't have that much to lose, so it's getting harder and harder), I usually don't lose anything for weeks, and then suddenly lose 3-5 pounds, then nothing again for weeks. However, I like a challenge! So I'll give it ago.
So far today...
Breakfast: Small bowl of porridge, with prunes, pumpkin seeds, soya milk, and blue berries. Plus 1 small coffee (I know, I know, but I have a very low blood pressure and have actually been encouraged to drink a little bit to help raise it).
I definitely need to do 6 lbs... actually 10, but I'm aiming for 4 or 5.
Currently averaging 125, and want to be 115. (I was 112 last year and felt amazing)
Breakfast: 1/2 pear, diced w/ 1/2 cup plain yogourt and 1/3 cup all bran buds
Snack: 3 pieces Ryvita crispbread w/ 2 tbsp almond butter
Lunch: Wrap and veggies/fruit (working lunch)
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: TBD, however likely soup and a salad.

Breakfast: fat free blueberry yogurt with 1/4 c dry oats mixed in, 1/4 c. cooked oatmeal with equal and cream, a banana, tea
Snack: tea
Lunch: plain baked potatoe, grilled chicken wrap (no cheese, no dressing). diet coke
Snack: TBA
Dinner: No clue lol.
Weight: 137.8 lbs.

If you were obese...but at your height/weight, I don't think it's too healthy to lose any that much weight that quickly.
I'm not going to type annnything negative but I want to fill out the form thing. :S

I would like to join too! I just got back from vacation. Don't know for sure how much I weigh I will weigh in on Monday. Hoping to lose 3-4 pounds from that number by v-day!

Workout will be weights and 50min of step aerobics.
hopefully I didn't gain to much on vaca and weigh around 143 :)
