I just made this, and I am now in love with this recipe. It's so easy, so healthy, and so yummy!

1 cup of dry, plain quaker oats
1 large banana
1/2 cup rice milk (or soy)
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
dash of baking soda

Mash banana and mix with rice milk and vanilla. Then mix in dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.

The whole thing is about 460 cals. I ate the whole thing for lunch, since its pretty much like eating a big bowl of oatmeal with a banana (very filling). You can also cut it into individual peices or squares, and 1/4 of it is only 115 calories!

That sounds so good. I immediately though "This is what I am making for dinner" and stood up to start... but realised I out of bananas. tagged it though and am going to make it as soon as I get some bananas.

Thanks!
