Recipe Directions for Vegan Banana Muffins
- Mash the bananas well.
- Mix in everything except the fruit and nuts. It makes a dough, not a batter, so expect it to be super thick.
- Mix in nuts.
- Mix in fruit.
- Scoop into muffin tins with a 1/4 C measuring cup.
- Bake at 350 for ~20 minutes.
