Anyone have any ideas for cold cereals that are vegan?  I've noticed a lot of them have gelatin or honey added.

Thanks

How about making your own muesli with your selection of toasted rolled oats, dried fruit, nuts, seeds etc.?   Much nicer, 100% vegan-proof and quite a lot cheaper than anything you can buy in a packet.  ...

You won't even eat honey? Surprised

OMG... please don't open that door again!  No, honey is not vegan (comes from bees)

Barbara's puffins cinnamon cereal is SO GOOD!

There are tons of vegan cereal. Are you talking healthy or does it matter? Here are some...

Fiber One Most of the sugary junky cereals like Fruit Loops, Cap'n' Crunch, Coco Puffs, etc are vegan... Trader Joe's High Fiber O's South Beach Diet Vanilla Almond Crunch Envirokids Cereals Animal Planet Cereal Cheerios Reese's Puffs

Bees pollenate tons of plants..    lol. Why not honey tho..    Curious.

It's an animal/insect by-product.... same as wool which a lot of vegans won't wear.  Vegetarians are OK with honey and wool - also dairy products and eggs - because animals are not killed in their production.  But many vegans believe that any use of animals is wrong.

It looks like there are a lot of them out there.  Guess I'll just have to keep checking labels.  :)

There's a lot of vegan cereal. Especially in the organic section.

fruity pebbles! :)
