It's good for vegan athletes and those interested in going vegan.  Talks about proper nutrition for various activities (veganized, of course), vegan exercise and sports equipment, and vegan issues in general.  Looks pretty awesome so far, yet I have not explored it in depth.

Wow, thanks or the link.  I'm currently training with the U.S. National Rowing team--a sport that ensures drastic caloric expenditure on a daily basis.  As far as I know, I'm the only vegan in the group.  I'm always looking for new tips.

It's a product developted by a famous vegan canadian tri-athlete, Brendan Brazier.  It's some pretty incredible stuff.  I mean, REALLY incredible.
