Vegan
What are so tips of becoming Vegan?
stop eating/using animal products :P
In your case, if you're recovering from an eating disorder, the best 'tip' would be to discuss this decision with your medical team - doctor, counsellor, dietician. Reason being that many ED sufferers will try to go down the vegan/raw foodism/vegetarian route as a smoke-screen for eliminating 'fear foods' from their diet. And that can be counterproductive to recovery. It's vital for someone with 'food issues' to make sure they get the fullest range of nutrition and plenty of energy (calories) in order to avoid sliding back.
Vegan eating can be extremely healthy, but to get the right balance it takes very careful planning and application and - in your case - an honest assessment of motives.
Like gi-jane said you should look into it more.
Maybe you would like to try Veggie first. That way you arent taking out cheese, milk or eggs. That is what I am doing- except I moved to Almond Milk (soooo good) and free range/organic cheese and eggs.
Best of luck to you!
