Vegan Make Up Products

Does anyone know of any good brands of vegan or cruelty-free make up products?

Preferably a brand that won't make me go broke. >_<

This place has mostly moisturizers/lipbalm etc... says all products are vegan, and not tested on animals ever. About $15 for a moisturizer.
