Which vegan milk brands do yo like best?
I've had soy and almond so far and i've liked them both
I absolutely love Silk Vanilla Soy, and Almond Breeze is pretty good too.
Try oat milk if you ever get the chance! I have never had it myself, but my favorite vegan blog (www.veganlunchbox.blogspot.com) raves about it and I've always wanted to try. It's pretty much all they drink in their family! Sounds delicious to me.
I love 8th Continent soymilk.
I like Rice Dream, but I only drink it as an occasional beverage.
I prefer soy milk. I recently tried almond milk and it was all right. Almond milk is good with my cereal but, I use soy milk for most things. I plan on trying rice milk, I have never had it before.
i love silk! i've only tried the vanilla, and the light plain kind, but i've liked both a lot :)
I've tried a lot to find the best. I've done soy but found that the natural phytoestrogen it contains throws my own hormone balance out of whack so I won't go back to that until after menopause. Rice milk was good and Almond mik was equally as good but more healthy. Oat milk was a little to "oaty" tasting for me. That being said, I've been drinking Hemp milk for over 2 years now. Seriously, it is the best: taste AND nutrition wise. You must give it a try. It even contains Omega-3's! The only problem I have is that I am now watching my sugar intake and cannot find an unsweetened commericial source so instead I mix one container Vanilla Hemp milk with one container unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk.
I <3 Almond Breeze.
Ive tried silk, but I really like Almond breeze. The chocolate kind-unsweetened for only 40 calories--Yum
I use Rice Dream original on cereal and stuff, but I usually bake with soy milk. I have never tried almond milk - hmmmm..
Almost milk by Pacifica--so good!!
I like rice milk, it tastes great on cereal.
I love Rice Dream for cereal and things...but chocolate Silk is the only kind I can actually have a glass of. I also like the light vanilla Silk as well.
Silk plain light for cereal.
So Nice Chocolate for post-workout.
So Nice Vanilla for baking and oatmeal.
Oat Dream oat milk is pretty good on cereal too. Unfortunately, it's fairly low in protein.
8th continent light original is my favorite. I've been dying to try almond breeze but every store around here seems to always be picked over when it comes to that stuff :-(
I'm not big on soy milks because they are a little hard for me to digest. However, I do LOVE organic valley chocolate soymilk. It's the best chocolate soy milk I have ever had. For cereal, I drink rice milk. I was never a big "milk" drinker... so those are the only two things your likely to find in my fridge.
8th Continent has a new product out called 8th Continent Complete. It has added fiber, omega-3 DHA and calcium. My family loves this product and we are picky about our soy milk. It tastes yummy and the added nutrients make me feel even better about giving it to my family! I highly recommend trying it!
ya//////that fiber soymilk is my favorite!
I buy my soy milk from west soy.
