| 1 1/2 | (136g) bananas |
| 1/2 | cup applesauce |
| 2 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/8 | tsp nutmeg |
| 3/4 | cup oatmeal |
| 2 | tbsp raisins |
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Blend bananas, applesauce, vanilla and brown sugar in blender until creamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add the blended wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in the oatmeal and raisins.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until just golden brown.
