1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup soymilk

Recipe Directions for Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Scones

Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients; cut in oil and raisins. Stir in just enough soymilk to moisten. Divide the dough in half. Flour hands and pat dough into two circles on a greased cookie sheet about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into quarters. Bake until golden brown ~ 15 minutes.
