Vegan Pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pancakes

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pancakes

  1. Place the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and mix well.

  2. Pour in the soymilk, maple syrup, and vanilla and mix until smooth.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  4. Spray the pan lightly with cooking spray. Pour pancake batter on hot pan and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

  5. Make eight pancakes and serve with fresh fruit, jam, or maybe syrup.
