As a vegan, what protein should I eat after sports?

I train hard every weekend for 4 hours, and during the week for around 30 minutes. I eat vegan and my body does not tolerate diary products (intolerance). What can I eat?
Answer
Soon after working out, everyone needs to replace muscle glycogen with carbohydrate and to rebuild muscle tissue with protein. Generally, people need four times as much carbohydrate as protein, but because your protein is not "complete" you should eat a little more. Vegans usually chose these high protein plant-based foods: soy products, such as soy protein powder, soybeans. tofu, tempeh. seitan, textured vegetable protein (TVP), and soy yogurt; dried beans and lentils in soups, stews, salads, patties, loafs, dips, and sauces; and high protein grains like quinoa.
