"honey" lime dressing is amazing.

Soy yogurt (sweetened is better if you don't want to use honey), fresh squeezed lime juice to taste, and blend it up....add more sweetener if its too tart, and more water if its too thick

I add that dressing to the following salad:

  • lettuce (iceburg if i want extra crunchy, or romaine)
  • sliced almonds (sometimes the honey roasted ones)
  • mandarin oranges (or fresh when in season)
  • raisins (I like the white ones...cant remember what they are called, and I also like to use craisins sometimes)
  • If I am eating overt fat, I add a bit of sliced avocado

AWESOME SALAD!!
