| 1/2 | cup egg Beaters |
| 1/3 | cup chopped tomatoe |
| 1/3 | cup chopped mushroom |
| 1/3 | cup chopped green pepper |
| 1/3 | cup chopped onion |
- Lightly saute in a teaspoon of water and seasoning like ms dash vegetable sesoning ( NO BUTTER )
- Pour egg beaters into omelete pan and then add sauteed vegetables fold over omelete and then cook until done and enjoy
- Very healthy and filling great start to your day breakfast
