A smoothie high in fibre but low in calories containing lot's of green leafy vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Smoothie

300 g Onions
2 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
600 g Broccoli
400 g Kale
100 g Baby Spinach
550 g Bok Choy
250 g Swiss Chard
40 oz 100% V-8 Vegetable Juice

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Smoothie

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil

  2. Steam the remaining vegetables

  3. Add 1 cup of V8 to your blender and then fill up the blender with vegetables and then puree. Repeat the process until you've pureed all of the vegetables.
