low cal vegetable soup

Ingredients
4 carrots, raw, whole
4 stalks celery
1 onion, raw
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cans beef broth, low sodium
4 cups vegetable juice, lower sodium
2 cups Diced Tomatoes
1 head cabbage, small, raw
2 Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw,
1 can beans, green, drained
Directions
combine ingredients and simmer until tender
