Vegetable soup with cabbage

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup tomato, canned
1 cup celery
1 cup cabbage
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs canola oil
1 tbs parsley
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions
Fry chopped onions in the oil, add sliced green peppers, then tomatoes. Wait 5 minutes, add 0.5 cup of hot water and close the pot. Boil 5 minutes, add 1 liter boiling water and shopped celery. Add chopped cabbage and bring into boil. Season.
