Vegetable soup with cabbage
| 1/2 | cup onion |
| 1/2 | cup green pepper |
| 1 | cup tomato, canned |
| 1 | cup celery |
| 1 | cup cabbage |
| 1 | tbs oregano |
| 1 | tbs canola oil |
| 1 | tbs parsley |
| 1 | salt |
| 1 | pepper |
Fry chopped onions in the oil, add sliced green peppers, then tomatoes. Wait 5 minutes, add 0.5 cup of hot water and close the pot. Boil 5 minutes, add 1 liter boiling water and shopped celery. Add chopped cabbage and bring into boil. Season.
