carrots, broccoli, snow peas, cauliflower, peas...etc...there are tons of ideas for things like stir fry or steamed veggies.
You didn't mention if you wanted raw or cooked. I love, love sugar snap peas! I buy the small bags of pre-washed. It is so easy to just take some with me. They are so sweet and crisp and juice that I never put any dressing on them. A good serving has 35 calories.
I also love raw carrots and the combo of snap peas and carrots seems to balance out my cravings and nutrition at the same time.
Tomatoes are also great. If you get the grape tomatoes, they don't have to be cut.

Steamed veggies, chilled and tossed with salad dressing, make a really nice lunch dish. Add a serving of cooked protein like chicken or tofu, a half a serving of carbs, like whole wheat pasta, a grating of cheese, a small amount of good fat, like olive oil, avocado or nuts, and there you have a balanced meal with all the food groups!
These spicy green beans are one of my favorites. You can make them with fresh or frozen beans. I like them because they're good hot or cold.
