I see many young posters here wanting to become vegetarians. There is a big difference between a healthy vegetarian and an unhealthy one. Please don't be afraid to education yourself on proper nutrition. Don't be afraid of cooking beans, lentils and grains...they are your best friends! I truly love being a vegetarian and enjoy cooking new things!

Being a vegetarian is not easy, but it gets easier when you educate yourself on proper nutrition. Don't be afraid to tell your friends, family and co-workers that you are a vegetarian. Come prepared to parties & bbq's with your own veggie dish! Once you understand the balance needed between protein, carbs and fat you will be on your way to a very healthy and delicious diet!
