Vegetarian gluten and dairy free recipes?

i'm vegetarian, and my brother has a gluten-free dairy-free diet due to various medical reasons, so i was wondering if anyone had any recipes that would fit all our different needs and still be nutritious and healthy? thanks!!

Vegetarian Times has recently been focusing a lot on gluten free foods. They have a huge database of recipes and don't charge!

Is your brother autistic? I'm just asking because I know of several GF/DF autistic children that improved dramatically on the diet.

Living Without is a GF/DF magazine with a lot of good recipes. They have several vege options/ideas as well. Whole Foods usually carries a copy of their latest issue, and their website has a few recipes as well.

tryatri: he is not autistic, but he does have multiple learning disabilities, along with slight adhd among other stuff that im not too clear on. he was first diagnosed at 18 months (i was 5) he's been GF/DF since age 4 and its made a huge difference, especially in his vocabulary. he talked rarely at 3 1/2 and only knew about 30 words, then he just started talking nonstop. i love whole foods, and next time my mom takes me im keeping an eye out for that magazine :)
