Being a vegetarian is hard

Quote  |  Reply

I've been a vegetarian for a month and it was always hard to stay at a healthy weight growing up. I finally starte getting into the 120s which is great for my height. But i starte losing the weight again and am now down to 116 and am now labele underweight and i only get around 1300 calories a  day. I feel like i'l never get up to a nornal weight again. Can you guys suggest some foods that fit in with my diet and allow me to return to my normal weight.

Do you eat cheese? Its very easy to introduce extra calories into your diet with cheese as it is very high fat. If you are vegan, nuts and avocados are the way to go.
