vegetarian south beach?
I'd actually suggest you check out one of the many low GI type diets (which is more or less the same thing). As someone that doesn't eat a lot of meat I've found that vegetarian and low GI meshes incredibly well. The Tesco website offers sample 7-Day meal plans if you don't know where to start and they tend to conform to the idea of 'good carbs'. Set it for 'combination', 'special dietary requirements' and 'vegetarian'. The resulting meal suggestions add up to 2000 cals a day so you have to trim the portions according to your needs if you want to lose weight. But I think there are some nice ideas. (They have an associated membership diet site which works it all out for you as well, of course.. for a fee)
If you really want the frozen meals, I would suggest Amy's frozen meals. They have them everywhere and they are all vegetarian and most are vegan. Watch out though, because they are not all low cal. Good luck!
Good luck!
Hello,
I would highly recommend that you stay clear of fad dieting, such as the South Beach Diet. I know it appears to work but realistically it doesn't work. One of the main problems I see with them is they provide a sense of false hope. I know there are 3 phases to the South Beach Diet, but many people have been reported to gain the weight back after they have gone onto the final stage. I actually run a blog on it under my profile about fad diets and why they are bad. These diets simply do not work.
anyways that just my 2 cents.....
