These are really good and very low calorie.
| 1 | zucchini, grated |
| 1 | potato, peeled and grated |
| 1 | carrot, grated |
| 1/4 | cup onion, grated |
| 1/2 | tsp oregano |
| 2 | egg whites |
- Combine ingredients, mix well.
- Pour 1/2 cup batter on hot griddle.
- Fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
