| 1/2 | cup egg beaters |
| 2 | ounces canadian bacon, diced |
| 2 | tbsp green onions, diced |
| 1 | tbsp onion, diced |
| 4 | cherry tomatoes, diced |
| 1 | whole mushroom, sliced |
- spray a nonstick pan with Pam.
- add egg beaters, distributing the egg in the pan evenly.
- once egg has set, add salt and pepper to season.
- next add the reamaining ingredients layering them evenly.
- once mixture is uniform flip one side of the egg over to form an omelet.
- cook until light brown.
- serve immediately.
