Veggie & Cheese Omelet Recipe

Makes 1 serving


flavorful omelet with veggies and reduced fat cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 ounces canadian bacon, diced
2 tbsp green onions, diced
1 tbsp onion, diced
4 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 whole mushroom, sliced
Directions
  1. spray a nonstick pan with Pam.

  2. add egg beaters, distributing the egg in the pan evenly.

  3. once egg has set, add salt and pepper to season.

  4. next add the reamaining ingredients layering them evenly.

  5. once mixture is uniform flip one side of the egg over to form an omelet.

  6. cook until light brown.

  7. serve immediately.
