breakfast omelet w/ veggies

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped zucchini
2 slices red onion
5 tbsp egg whites
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 cup tomato
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
  1. mix all ingredients in bowl and marinate overnight

  2. in the morning cook and serve
