This may sound weird BUT it is really good!
| 1/8 | cup blueberries |
| 2 | cups spinach, raw |
| 2 | oz. Dannon plain yogurt nonfat |
| 1 | serving vanilla whey protein powder |
| 1 | tbsp Hood milk |
| 1/2 | cup ice |
| 1/2 | cup water |
Mix altogether in a blender until smooth! Enjoy!
