This may sound weird BUT it is really good!

Ingredients
1/8 cup blueberries
2 cups spinach, raw
2 oz. Dannon plain yogurt nonfat
1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp Hood milk
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup water
Directions
Mix altogether in a blender until smooth! Enjoy!
