A whole food smoothie that tastes a lot like V8 or similar vegetable juice (minus all the sodium). For a thinner, more "juice-like" drink, add more ice or additional water.

1/2 carrot
1/4 Sliced Onion
1/4 bell pepper
1 dash salt
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
4 ice cupes
