When you say they are showing are you talking spider veins, varicose veins or just noticable veins . Spider veins and varicose can be treated surgically usually spider veins are considered cosmetic surgery and not covered by insurance. If you just have large veins now from the workouts although maybe not real ladylike its actually a good thing means you may not get varicose veins later in life. Varicose veins can cause all kinds of problems.
Your veins also show if you have low body fat. There is less fat between your skin and your muscles..so, hence...your veins show. If you gain more fat you will see them less.

if you want them to go away you can either stop exercising or get fat, besides that you can't do a thing about it.
heh well there you go
bigtimerunz, are you male/female? I suppose if you're the latter this is a bad thing. Guys generally strive for this. I don't think this is bad for a woman, though
It is actually a good thing, but you may want to watch out for phlebotomist trainees. They lust after big, juicy veins. Those mooneye kids with the big needles can get a little irritating when they start following you around. ;)
Unless you're so veiny that you make madonna look flabby, it is not a bad thing =] Like everyone has said, when you do exercise, they show more because they 'expand' in order to allow more blood to reach the muscles, so unless you stop exercising, they aint going away.
