Yeah, I did Vemma for awhile. It's a nutritional supplement, not a food substitute. And I found it a bit expensive for what you get.
That's kind of what I thought. I did here it was easier to absorb than pills.
I do take VEMMA when I remember to take it. I like the product and believe it is a good source for vitamins and minerals. I'm def. no expert but I have read quite a bit about it. It's about $60 for a month or $2 per day. I don't think it's too expensive for good vitamins.
Isn't this the stuff that's associated with MLM style distrubution?
Personally I buy chewable adult supplements ( usually made for senior citizens ) and this is only when I have drastically decreased my caloric intake (I've only done this twice). I think I pay$20 for 60?
I doubt that supplements are any replacement for a diversified diet and I suspect of little effect when taken under a diversified diet.
Hi! I'm a newbie! Iv'e been taking Vemma for about two months. My energy level is up -- I don't feel like I'm walking through mud anymore. And, my carb cravings are gone. My friend's cardiologist recommended it, and my family has some history of heart disease, so I checked it out. It's terrific
