Verbal Roses
So many times we go through life with something on our heart;
But never go and tell someone - well, now it's time to start.
If someone means a lot to you, it's time to tell them so;
Tell them now before it's time that God says "Time to go".
Don't hold back and wonder what that person's going to think;
They may be holding onto life and you're a vital link.
Don't wait until a crisis comes to tell them how you feel;
It might be at this very time, they need you to be real.
Tell them what it is about them - how they bless you, too;
Tell them what it means to have them in this life with you.
Be specific, let them know, how they make your day;
That's what I would like to encourage you to say.
Don't hold back - Go on and say just what's on your heart;
You'll never know how much those words will mean until you start.
Don't wait until they're dead and gone to show your love so true;
Send them verbal roses to tell what they mean to you.
