that whole town was awesome.  every corner we turned was another increadible natural landscape or feature.  the roof caught us by surprise as we were just looking over a viewpoint.   "holy crap!  is that a roof!??!"  :-D

i resisted the urge to eat a huge double chocolate muffin today and instead ate a banana and a whole wheat english muffin with pb.

that stupid chocolate one is calling my name though. grrrrrr

not sure :-)  I know Lisbon and the coast has had them, one particularly huge and devistating one in the past (1700's) but don't know about this town.  This is located in the interior, near the eastern boarder with Spain

*wipes the chocolate donut crumbs from her mouth*

besides, i have a delicious slim fast shake for later, and its chocolate. yum

Glad to hear about the hair/no hair situation. My mom lost hers a few years ago and bought a turban and a straw hat(with just a hint of hair sewn in). Not bad, and she said the wigs are terribly itchy!

Cold water? Is it making you feel sick? Probably too hard for your body to take right now. Best thoughts for you.

Hi Les! No, I can't drink/eat anything cold. It makes my throat feel like its closing up. Most people say it feels like drinking broken glass. Thank you.

Thats how I keep myself from eating things that are out at work. Most of the time it works.
