Post one of your most recent or most exciting succeses. Whether it's 1.5 lbs lost last week, your longest run, your new size, your new confidence, being able to fit into your favorite jeans, discovering a new recipe, etc. Any achievement you have at all! I think it's fun to read people's most recent successes and it really motivates me to keep going!

In a most recent success, I've finally lost my first 5 pounds. Woohoo!

I've been conditioning myself for the past few months for a 40 mile bike down a nearby state trail, and today I finally did it!

I wasn't even tired =)

Wow congratulations on the 40 mile bike ride, that's a really amazing accomplishment!

My weight fell into a healthy BMI range for the first time in more than 20 years as of this morning. All it took was losing 64 pounds.

My favorite jeans finally fit again! And I got hit on by a really cute guy at the movies today. :)

Don't know if that counts but it made me feel pretty lol Cool

Congrats on your weight loss!

That's awesome!

My pants w/ the belt on was so loose I could pull it down w/o undoing the belt or the buttons or the zipper, so I dropped $50 and bought 4 new skinny pants and even those are super comfortable!  Then today, we had an awesome long crossfit workout which would've been difficult with extra pounds.  75 pull ups and 125 pushups (just a small part of the workout) is easier with just 5 fewer pounds.

I made my goal of 143 pounds by my annual physical! And I lost the last pound the morning of the appointment. Right under the wire... But it felt so good.

I posted this in its own thread but I went shopping yesterday...thought I was looking in a skinny mirror and I wasn't. (first time i'd seen myself in a full mirror in months)

And I tried on a pair of jeans in a smaller size and they were TOO BIG!

dreadfulpenny - 64 lbs is an outstanding achievement, really. That's a lot of effort and dedication, you should be so proud of yourself!

mightmouse - That absolutely counts! :D Woohoo!! Congratulations.

neko - Good job, congrats!!

shg_chiquita & prosperit_e - Isn't it just the best feeling when you know you've gone down a size, but even those pants are too big? It's just the most wonderful feeling doing better when you already thought you did awesome!

P.S. I didn't mean to exclude the weight gainers, please feel free to post any weight gain goal accomplishments too!

I'd been stuck on a plateau for about six weeks, but when I weighed myself this morning, I found that I was finally down five pounds! (I hadn't weighed myself in a few weeks.) That makes a total of 41 pounds lost so far. :)

Since I started CC three weeks ago (today) I started walking. I'm now up to 6 miles a day! And for this chunky butt........that's saying a lot! Wink

p.s. Thanks for this post! Made me focus on my victory instead of the disappointment of only losing 2 lbs in 2 weeks.

I was able to fit in my jeans without struggling! :D

My most exciting succes was wearing a tiny bikini my bf got me for our vacation to Mexico last Dec/Jan and I actually looked great! Just seeing the pics make me happy!

crabot - Congratulations on finally beating that plateau!! That must be exciting!!

thethininme - you should be happy about 2 lbs in 2 weeks! That sounds like excellent progress to me! Anything is better than nothing and that's at a healthy rate.

Cryn - Congrats on your jeans! :D

Ve_Blur - That's probably one of the best feelings of confidence out there! :) Congratulations!

I saw my ex for the first time in weeks today, and when he saw me his jaw literally dropped. All he could say was, "WOW. You look....really great." :)

Also, for the first time in about two years, I'm officially under the 150 mark. This makes me so freakin' happy it's almost absurd. :D

Also, thohan, I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU for making this post. I love reading other peoples' success stories; it really makes me feel motivated and happy about this whole process (and that's saying something considering I've barely lost 2 pounds in the last 3 weeks.) This post brightened my day so much, so thanks! *high-five* :)

I put 2 new holes in my belt because it was too big. When I bought it I was on hole 3, now I'm on hole 9!

I went clothes shopping and went from a size 20 to a 16 - completely missing out size 18!

I bought running shoes and started HIIT at the gym - the first time I have run in years.

I broke the 5 minute running mark.

I've actually been having a pretty bad Monday, I worked out (-300 calories), then after eating breakfast, I felt a bit sick. I only consumed 600 calories the entire day (and 400 of that was breakfast) because I slept for most of it, which is irritating because I really tried to eat more but I just felt nauseous and bloated the entire day, or well, the part I was awake for (I think I have an ovarian cyst).

But the new posts brightened my day when I woke up (just now)! :D Congrats on showing off your new body (woohoo!!!) and the new belt holes to both of you. The best part of losing weight is when it's not just the numbers that change, it's the actual physical clothes sizes or when someone comments on your new look and you KNOW you look amazing... then it really feels real instead of just believing it because the weight scale said so!!

I'm going to try to go eat, I hate the idea of not getting enough calories, it's so irritating especially knowing I worked out.

I tried on my high school prom dress, and it fit!  I've lost the 25 pounds that I gained in college, and I'm back at a size 10.  Just 15 more pounds or so to go...

I passed the 20 lbs mark!  Whoo hoo!  I went from border line obeese to border line healthy weight.

I also rode 8 miles on my bike last week.  Thats a huge accomplishment for me.

I finally walked past a mirror without doing a double-take!!! I am down 20 pounds in 3 months. 6 pounds more and I will be back to the weight i was 5 years ago before having my first baby!!!

I feel AWESOME!!!
