Thankyou so much for that.  It reminded me of how happy I was to finally be under the 200 pound mark.  It was a big deal to me and I had forgotten until now.  I remember my happy dance and how awesome I felt at that time.  You are so awesome for putting a video out there to help keep us all motivated.  Seeing you so happy, happy enough to dance for us really made me cry.  I'm so proud of you and your efforts.  I'm glad you found this website to help you find the support you need to continue on.  Keep up the good work girl!!
