how to view previous days meters?

Quote  |  Reply

New to this site but not to the techniques.  I know calories out-calories in equals weight loss.  But this doesn't track overall net calories in and out, just daily.  Or so I see.  How do I see a long term 'chart' of progress.  For instance, when I was just doing it on my own in excel I would total up the calories per week and if I was eating 3500 LESS than I was burning, I should've lost a pound.  I can't see that on here anywhere!  HELP!

You cannot view previous day's meters -- the only way to track it is through your profile or journals -- just note it down in your journal before you go to bed, and you'll have a running log of it.  Alternatively -- you could keep the excel spreadsheet (as many of us have done).

I My Account there is an analysis feature, click it.  Go to the window at the bottom and click on the dates.  You can track one week or thirty days or just a few days at a time.

I use this every week to see how many calories I average a week.
