does vinegar really help weight loss?
cuz i just cooked tacos and put vinegar in there thinkning it would suck the fat out of it. now it seems dumb, and it tastes gross! i also drunk 1/2 cup straight. is that bad?

I don't know about helping weight loss, but oil and vinegar makes great salad dressing. Balsamic vinegar is particularly yummy. I use recipezaar.com to find recipes using ingredients I like, so you could try that.
Yeah, I have no idea if it helps..but someone I knew told me she use to drink vinegar when she was really skinny..so of course stupid me tried it..it wasn't pleasant when I drank it it burned my throat BADLY and after I did it I had to sit or lay down for awhile because I seriously thought I was going to vomit. I heard vinegar can control appetite to some extent. Try Balsamic vinegar on salads or tuna and some people even use apple cider vinegar. It's probably smarter mixing a SMALL amount in with food.
a friend of mine swears that apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss she has lost a total of 54lbs with having that daily with all her meals mixed in water and also jogging every morning and of course cutting back on her portions. I tried it...gross! but i have found if i mix it in some vegetable juice it isn't so bad i tried it a few times but im not a big fan of vinegar haha.

1/2 cup is way too much for one day. I don't think more than a tablespoon is recommended daily.
Be careful because it can also take the enamel off your teeth. Make sure you are using some sort of fluoride.
Where on Gods green earth did you hear that? Vinegar is just acid. I know there are a lot of old wives tales about taking vinegar for all sorts of things, but that's unfiltered, apple cider vinegar only, and no it doesn't work for anything. It's a myth.
