i just figured out that all the food i'm obsessivly in love with and can't stop after one bite........(besides my #1 favorite, apples).................. all are like SUPER over 500% vitamin A foods... like
FUYU
SWEET POTATO
this japanese orangeish KOBOCHA SQUASH
and other food like seaweed, etc.... carrots (esp. baked)
i swear i'll turn orange... hhaah....
but is there such thing?... i mean, all the food i can't stop myself from eating all are SUPER DUPER high in vitamin A.......... like i had 5 sweet potato this morning. BAM i'm at like 4000% vitamin A for the day...... plus my regular vitamins adds an extra 100.....
so i'm just wondering, is tehre such thing?
You could have a vitamin deficiency
Ha i'm not sure about the addiction but when I was a little I ate so many mashed sweet potatoes and mashed carrots that the tips of my fingers actually turned orange! My mom freaked and took me to the doctor but it's not hazardous and happens to babies who eat a lot of foods that are high in carotene.
ahaha I understand about the sweet potatos. They are freaking amazing! and ver addictive. I dont know about eating 5 of them but I could eat like 2 in one sitting.
