If you eat otherwise healthy diet you probably get enough Vitamin B already. Among others, bananas, potatoes, liver and tuna have B Vitamins in them.

However, B vitamins are difficult to overdose on, your body can only take so much and chucks the rest. So taking a multivitamin that has B in it probably won't hurt you - but popping couple fistfuls of b vitamin supplements won't help you either.

I started taking those and went from 137 to 130 without even noticing. lol

I stopped taking them... I guess cause I was stupid and didn't notice the correlation. I'm taking them again now, hoping to get to 115.
