Can I still join? I need this so bad!!! I know the motivation will help me. My starting weight is 163 lbs. and my goal weight for the end of the challenge is 157 lbs. However, my end goal is 115 lbs. (I can't wait!)
I've never done a challenge online before so I don't really know what I'm doing. Hopefully someone can guide me along just a little bit!
Well, I hesitate... but sign me up. I've lost about 1.5 pounds per week since I began dieting, but my motivation is really starting to lose wind. If I make this just one incredibly active summer, I know I can achieve a lot by the end of the challenge.

ok, sign me up too. i just joined this site yesterday, but i have made a huge commitment to myself to lose my weight through proper diet and exercise. umm, this will be a first for me, i guess self starvation and rebound weight gain isn't a healthy way to do it!
i am not sure what the next step is to join. i'll click on the sign up link and see where i get from there.

I am highly motivated, only been going 3 weeks, exercising everyday and calorie counting. My weight is going all over the place - dropped down for the first two weeks and has been trending up since! I hope that doesn't disqualify me. I know that if i keep taking the action and following the rules to a healthy me at some point the weight has to start moving again! Something is happening as my skirts feel loser around my waist!
I am really enjoying the exercise and learning about nutrition. I share your commitment.

Nycolea-I have never done a challenge before so I don't know if this is an odd request. In your description post you mention that ideally you want teams of 10.
