to start back calorie counting
work out at least 5xs this week
drink at least 60 oz water each day
eat the correct number of calories depending on how much i burn at the gym
i'm going back home this weekend (actually, leaving on wednesday night returning sunday night) to visit for mother's day.
soo, my vow for this week (or at least while i'm back home) is to NOT eat like crap! i come from a hispanic family where eating is just what we do. and most mexican food contain lots of lard and oils and other high-calorie/not-so-good-for-you ingredients (hello white flour tortillas and lots-o-cheese!). so yes, my vow this week is to keep the eating under control and not let myself completely over-indulge in all of the oh-so-delicious food that will be surrounding me, lol.

My vow for this week is not to become a slave to my scale and only weigh myself once a week.
My vow this week is to get back to kicking refined sugar and carbs... I've been a sugar-junk junkie the last couple of weeks, and I need to kick the habit again. So far so good today!
My vow for the week is to stay motivated and stay positive....for the past few weeks I've been feeling down and I've been eating tons of crazy bad stuff....so today is the beginning of a new week and I am excited to stay on track!
My vow is to start working out tomorrow to work off the 1, 050 calories I ate over maintenance and hopefully at least maintain my weight for the week. Back to losing those last few pounds next week!
My goal this week includes hitting the treadmill 3 times for atleast 45 minutes each time and to lose 2lbs, putting me into the 170's for the first time in about 5 years!

Well my goal is to get through my 30% final Spanish oral tomorrow firstly and to keep up my weight training and cardio for the week
(to burn off all the STRESS FOOD ive consumed today whilst studying nervously
)
Also, lots of water and keeping the meals balanced :) VEG VEG VEG!

My vow is to keep eating right and excercising even though it's TTOTM!
I'm right there with you elf! TTOTM always throws me off. I vow to not let the cramps and bloating keep me off the treadmill!
I fell off the wagon about 7 months ago and I vow this week to get back on track. I want to start by being meticulous about logging everything I eat. I truly don't think I'm overeating, but rather under exercising. But, I may very well be surprised after logging everything this week.
Also, I realized this weekend just how out of shape I was, so I want to get back on the treadmill (that is currently covered with boxes and junk stacked on it). I want to do 5 miles before Saturday. I know that's not a major goal, but considering I can probably only do 1/4-1/2 mile without stopping to rest..... I am taking my daughter to Disney in late July and want to actually be able to walk the park without having to stop and sit every few minutes.

me too! my Vow this week! plus work out every day and eat as clean as possible
I vow this week:
- To enjoy the first week of my three week vacation and not obsess over work.
- To exercise Tues., Wed., and Thursday.
- To totally enjoy the moment when my youngest daughter graduates from college on Friday.
- To not kill my husband during the 6 hour drive to my daughter's college because he makes me listen to radio stations that I hate.
- To be kind to myself every single day this week.
- To not weigh before Thursday.
My vow is to get back on track, which includes:
- Eating more protein and veggies instead of crap load of breads and junk.
- To work on my self-esteem and body image so I feel happy with what I've got instead of helpless which usually triggers me to binge.
- Not binging. :P
- Working out, even on the days I feel bored and don't want to work out
- Planning my meals instead of just deciding "oh.. well, I got nothing planned. lets eat animal crackers! Loads of them!"
So far: pretty good. :D
