I vow to not find an excuse to stop me from exercising this week!

my vow this week:

-Eat healthy and not get suckered into bad foods by those around me.... workout after work Tues/Thur

-workout before work Wed & Fri: Jog 3miles (already missed Monday.. back is hurting)

-if I go out for lunch, just stick to my diet.

I vow this week to savor my food more, eat smaller portions, and fight off the devil that is TOTM and say NO! to all the cravings! haha

i already f'ed this one up... :*[[

I vow to continue with my daily work out routine, and try not to over eat @ Girl Scout Camp this weekend... they tend not to have the lowest calorie foods... We will be having bacon, eggs, and toast on a buddy burner, I am planning on taking my own bread not eating any bacon and eating only the egg whites.

My vow is to not fall into emotional eating trigger by disappointments or setbacks.

Don't let it ruin your day... it's all water under the bridge. Just pretend it didn't happen, get back on your plan and you'll feel better for it. (This happened to me last week, when I got really drunk and ate heaps of chips. NOT good. But I did my best to not beat myself up about it, which would have probably ended in me overeating to help my emotions. I just went back on my diet plan and it feels good. Take care of yourself.)

Anyway, my vow is:

-when I get drunk on the weekends, to keep it within my calorie counts, and to not binge at 2am!

-continue exercising as much as I can even though my muscles hurt.

-ace the job interview!

-go to the gig on Saturday and meet some cool new people

-not beat myself up on Sunday if I didn't make my goal for the week (which will probably happen. dang.)

I vow to...

continue the week as well as I started it. I will ignore my cravings and do some form of exercise this weekend.

My vow this week is to focus on my calorie limits, increase my water & exercise & not let mindless or emotional eating blow my calorie limits. Eat to live, not live to eat.

This wk. I vow 2 stick 2 my calorie counting & work out 5 days & then strength train 3 days.

Good luck 2 everyone~:)

to enjoy myself with whatever i do, be it excercising or eating right... :)

This week I vow not to let my job get me down and to focus on my dad's visit next month

I'm inspired by everyone's vows -- so, this week, I vow to:

* not obsess over my weight and body shape

* try a new exercise routine I saw on morning television

* eat all my fruits and veggies (regardless of the carbs)

plc aka noodlecakes

I vow this week to do 3 days of cardio....Just 3.....baby steps

My vow this week: to ace my finals and get in at least 2 days at the rock gym.

My vow this week is to stick to my meal plan, treadmill tues, wed & thurs AM, and do upper body strength workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I'm hiking the mountain this weekend.

Oh and drink water, not vodka! :D Until friday. Lets be reasonable.

I'm not going to let my boyfriend talk me into eating out unhealthily!  He's always wanting PJ's or Chipotle or Burger King or Cane's, and I'm saying no aaaaalll week. Laughing

I'm glad we don't have a Raising Cane's in Beaumont. Otherwise, my weightloss might be happening at a slower pace. Smile My vow is to not cheat on my diet this week.

My vow this week is to walk three times and exercise 4 times !

And not let daily live little mishaps stress me out!

Run at 3 times this week & do step aerobics at LEAST twice (maybe three times). Stay active, and only one sweet thing a day - if I miss something sweet altogether I just crave it more... grr...

Resist snacks between classes.

Eat at least one portion of fruit or vegetable a day. It takes just as much time and energy to peel a candy bar as well as an orange. That's my philosophy.

Give some encouragement to my friends who are also trying to lose weight... some of us girls in the dorm are trying to lose a few pounds before graduation!

To continue to work out every day, make water my best friend, and cut back drasticallly on drinnking, oh and calorie count!

thank you for this thread, it's great to keep these things in the back of my mind.
