to not let my incompetent boss stress me out to the point that I eat too much and don't exercise!!!!!!

My vow this week is to return tomorrow.. and keep counting... I'm new and a complete first timer.. i need some friends... so please say hi if you have the time x

ok!

i'm back to try a new vow. new week.

no bingeing this week. and eat more greens! and i want to finish the week sliding in with having run 40 miles (about 7mi/day for the rest of the week - ran 5 sunday, was lazy as $%@* yesterday and didn't do jack - so I need to do ~7 a day 'til Saturday to hit 40 this week)

Just to be consistent and learn all that I can about weight loss, my body and reprogramming my brain.

This whole week I vow to drink nothing but water.  I've started adding lemon juice which contains no calories but adds flavor to my water and it's been a huge help.  I figure if I can make this baby step I can make the giant leap of cutting out all sodas for a lifetime. 

My vow for this week is to eat more veggies and to complete my SI6- SIU!

My vow for this week is to lose the 3lbs water weight that I retained from the chinese food on sunday!

My vow is to learn how to use Calorie Count, and to eat healthy even when on vacation this weekend....Cool

My vow this week is to remain committed and stick to the plan. I will weigh on Friday and I would really like to see at least a 1 lb weight loss.

My vow is to stick with my PINK team BL11 losers & do whatever I can to lose the pounds!  My head knows what I need to do & I need to "JUST DO IT"! most of all including:

stay within my calorie limits by getting my a** off the couch at night & hitting the pavement or the treadmill or the healthrider - I am my own worst enemy & I have to stop sabotoging* myself by doing the same ol' thing every night!!!

(example: I know nights are the worst time for me, eat great all day & then BAM - kids - homework - husband - cranky- the ol' donegoodallday/Icanhavethis routine along with can I cover up my stress by filling my stomach routine) 

so I VOW to get out of the house for a nice upbeat walk!

I vow to do a deadlift with proper form and go to the gym 3x a week.

I vow to stick to healthy eating, not get stressed out about moving, and get motivated to go to the gym eventhough the weather sucks.... Florida isn't always sunny...Cry

I am vowing to do my New Rules of Lifting for Women 3 x's this week- which means I will finish Stage 3.

I also want to drink alot more water, and decrease the sweets.

I vow to do the same! This week I will not let any stress or depressions get in my way of my goals!

To get my head back in the game...and stop binging

Go to the gym @ least once this week

No more fried foods this week

Sleep only in the bed and not the couch.

 

I plan to take responsibility for my overeating and not going to the gym. I vow to not dwell on those jeans/pants I can no longer fit. It is what it is!! I have several post pregnancy lbs I need to shed ASAP. Lossing weight is a slow process and takes committment.  Am I going to continue dwelling on what I should do or what I should not have eaten.

Lose that last 1.8 pounds before PROM on May 29th!

Another vow... i don't think I had this many in my wedding vows.....

I vow.... to not pay so much attention to the scale but more to the body Fat % lost.

I vow to only eat when hungry at the graduation parties I will be attending, and not just because there is finger food presented at all of them.

I also vow to only drink water, and none of the sodas at the parties.

my vow this week is to not let my friends influence me into eating junk, to control myself at the parties i will be going to, to eat more fiber, and to be down to 146 lbs when i weigh in on friday :o)
