The Waist and Inches
As I know you can't spot reduce, but is there any way possible to whittle the inches on my waist? I'm about 27 in. now would love to get down to 24.
If not, there's always girdles. Lmao!
Thanks to all who answer in advance. :)
So I looked through your gallery and couldn't help but notice in all the pictures where you are really thin you also look very sad. The pictures of you with a fuller figure you are smiling and happy. Are you sure this goal is healthy? You have a history of ED so it might be best to concentrate on being healthy and fit. You are already very slender, ditch the 24 in waist thing honey. Thin does not equal happy.
I agree with agana. you are VERY thin and why the #24? that doesn't make sense? I think you really need to think about why you want to be a certain size. I actualy want to be a single digit pant size when I lose the weight, and that's because I know I don't have as much fat slowing me down trying to catch a ride and shopping is SO much easier, but whether I'm a 5 or a 9, I really don't care. I mostly jsut want freedom on where I shop.
My goal weight is around 145...but I wont stress myself out if I'm a few pounds over or under.
So why a 24?
hmmm 24 seems really small - i'm a 24ish right now hopefully a 25 next time i measure and i'm hoping to get up to a 26/27. you can definitely make your stomach look great without really reducing the inches....doing pilates ab workouts etc. maybe even toning exercises.
maybe look to making your goals about strength and fitness rather than just a smaller waist size....it really helps me keep focused making myself healthy.
Basically, you've said "I know you can't spot reduce, but how can I do it?" - you have answered your own question.
And I agree with the rest of the posters. did you see the pictures of megan fox's 22 inch waist? It looked totally weird and abnormal - and 24 isn't that much different from 22. 27 inches sounds fabulous - perhaps picking a different focus like toning?
Ok..wait up, wait up. The whole process of my weight loss has not been debated on my waist inches. I did it to be fit and healthy.
Actually I know I pretty much answered my own question after I posted, but then I didn't want to delete what I just said in case someone was already reading it. Ha Ha. So yeah that was kind of a dumb moment. :P
I'm not unsatisfied with my waist size and I'm not looking to lose a bunch of more weight. I just thought with my exercise if it was possible to get a 24 in. waist. Why I picked 24, I guess because I've never been that size (at least when healthy.) I actually probably couldn't even do it. I just picked it because isn't that the size all the songs and labels rave about? :P I mean I'm not going to die if I don't reach that size. I am happy with what I have now. I was just wondering if I could actually push myself and surpass what my past waist size has been. Kind of like a far out there goal to keep me motivated.
More then anything I was just wondering if it was possible. If not I'm not going to cry. Ha Ha.
Yeah, I saw Megan's waist, quite surreal really. I would never want that.
Either way I'm sorry, but I really do appreciate your answers. I really do. :)
Glad to hear the positivity! Good luck and keep on with the healthy living!
