Waist measurements.

So how do you exactly measure your waist?  Is the measuring tape supposed to go until the #1 inch or the little metal part.  Im really confused.

Start at the little metal part (the 0).  If you start at the one inch, just subtract an inch from the total measurement.

Also, because somebody else was having trouble with this, you should measure at your natural waist (the skinniest part above your bellybutton.)
