anyone ever tried one of these???? They are supposed to help you lose excess water and fat from your belly area. Just curious. they are like $8, I wanna try it since it is so cheap cuz if it dont work it is only a few bucks lost ya know.

if it sounds too good to be true...
I used one for the first 2 1/2 months. It does seem to make you sweat a lot more in that area, but seriously it worked better as a support than as extra weight loss. It helped me to keep my stomach tight as I worked out and supported my back when lifting weights. I didn't notice a difference really as far as size and weight was concerned, but then again I didn't take pictures or measure I only weighed myself. My stomach area is a lot smaller now, but that could just be due to hard work. I can't say for sure.
The only thing it will do is stream-line your silhouette while it's on. Trust me.
And you'll probably feel even fatter when it's taken off.
Besides all of that, it's not good for the overall tone of your abdominal muscles because it restricts their movement and may cause some atrophy.
