I am going on vacation next week and I am planning on starting a healthy lifestyle afterwards.

Do you think thats ok? I mean I am trying a little bit right now but I just really want to kick it into gear all at once.

I just dont want to worry about calories on vacation and just enjoy my time and my food.

That is all up to you. I would say do not attempt to lose weight but do not make going on vacation an excuse to gain weight either. Just try to maintain and make healthy choices. Your health never takes a vacation.

That is PERFECT. Enjoy yourself, but don't forget what you are putting in your body. I try to enjoy myself during holidays, but I don't forget how rich foods make me feel inside.

Absolutely! I mean, I wouldn't just throw any sort of healthy thinking out the window, haha. In general, try to make healthy decisions- but that doesn't mean restricting, just sort of being aware, ya know? Plus, depending on where you're going, you definately HAVE to at least try anything 'super local' that you don't have a chance to get often. For example, when I was backpacking the U.K. you better believe I sat down to dinner with haggis in front of me and a pint from the local brewery! Not every night, but you have to allow for some indulgences. Where are you going on vacation? It doesn't really matter how 'unique' or ethnic or whatever the place is, it's still different to you! Have an amazing time!
If you wait until after your vacation it will never happen. You've been on this site for a while but has anything really changed in your diet? It's now or never to make the change. You can eat yummy foods whilst holidaying but stay within a limit.

Disneyworld and such. Our family is a bunch of crazy foodies so we all eat a ton on vacation

Disney is the worst in terms of health...I mean sure - you are walking around the parks and stuff but all the food portions are GIANT and sooo greasy and fried. Definitely be aware of how much you are eating if you can't keep track of actual calories.
vacation.... i don't know about you, but as long as you are moving around alot, walking, swimming... etc... i don't think you really have to worry. but procrastinating isn't that good either... so a good combo of both. I say enjoy your vacation, but get lots of activities in. This way you won't feel so bad. I don't know where you are going, but half the fun of travelling is experiencing the food culture of other countries.... Have fun...
Disney does have some healthy food options...theres always grilled chicken, salmon..lean meats..veggies..they even have fruit stands!

plus you'll be walking a whole lot ( i live in orlando, fl btw )

Theres alot of restaurants to choose from..just try to keep some healthy food choices.
