As it stands now at the beginning, I am concentrating on walking (on lunch, on treadmill at home). I am not a huge fan of exercising I must say, not a gym girl, liked volleyball but not enough to join a new unknown team (our old one disbanded), tried yoga and not for me either. Am looking at options of things to do, any suggestions? What is everyone doing?
