walking!?!?! HELP

I like to walk, I have started walking about 3 miles four days a week power walking and sometimes running along with it ...will this give me results in weight loss or is it not enough? any advice would be great, Thanks!!

AS LONG AS YOUR DIET IS GOOD YOU WILLS EE RESULTS.
Alternate between running and walking. Stuff that gets your heart pumping is better. That's good to start with, you can work up to more.

I started walking 3.8 miles a night every night unless it was really bad weather outside at the end of March.  I try to maintain a pace of 3.75 miles per hour which is quite brisk.  I also do the elliptical for 40 minutes 3 times a week.  That, along with calorie counting , has resulted in a loss of almost 40 lbs for me in 14 weeks, so yes you will see results.  Keep at it!
