walking is making my buttocks small!...is it normal?
I just started walking 2 weeks ago, Im walking 1 hour 20 minutes ( 4 km everyday).
Although now I feel stronger, my butt is going down but my belly is not. So my question is....is it normal to loose weight on my buttocks first? How long will it take to see some effect on my belly?
I know I have a long way to go...but Im really serious about loosing the belly fat.
Advice anyone?

It is normal, even if it doesnt happen to everyone. On my body, the last place I lose weight is my hips/thighs. It just depends on your body type, but eventually the loss will get to you stomach too.
Isnt it at least a good sign that you are seeing changes and weight loss after two weeks?

yes ....I am happy...my butt is looking better.
Walking is great exercise and it really tones up one's bottom. Keep up the good work, and the tummy will catch up!
The first place you gain is usually the last place you lose. I lost most of my fat from my face, arms, and tummy. I didn't really *need* to lose from those places. I really need to lose my butt, however, it is going painstakingly slow.
My mom use to tell me that walking was really good for toning your butt.

Walking is simply wonderful for slimming your figure! I have results everywhere, and it is sooooooooo exciting. I agree, everyone is different, and where and and how soon the inches fall varies. I had to walk for about six weeks before I started to really see results. So if anyone is just starting their walking program, hang in there, it will be so worth it!

I also stopped drinking...went completely cold turkey...i knew that partying was the main cause of my belly. Also no sodas whatsoever and of course the diet.
I do feel better, I guess I'll wait six weeks to see more results.
